WHAT IS NEXT
The coaching program “What is next” is an action-based Coaching in which we will analyze your current situation, the future situation you want to achieve and we will work on the transition.
LENGTH: 3, 6 or 12 months
FREQUENCY: Once every 2 weeks is recommended but it may vary according the client’s need.

1 SESSION 90 MIN: Examining your present
1 SESSION 90 MIN: Examining your future
5 SESSIONS 6O MIN: Working on the transition
Communication between sessions.
Challenges and additional exercises.
NON DIRECTIVE COACHING- INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
If you are looking for a non directive coaching approach, the individual sessions are for you. This approach will allow you to know you better and move forward in your own terms.
You can book only one or two sessions with me if that is what you need. There is no need for more commitment.
Sessions could be face to face or by Skype. See my availability and book a session with me.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE DISCOVERY SESSION?
The first session is on me. We will talk about what has brought to Coaching and we will discuss if we can work together.
Monday from 7 pm to 9 pm
Wednesday from 9 am to 6pm
Thursday from 7 pm to 9 pm
Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm
